How it works
Scheduled snapshots
Set it and forget it. PullPush connects to your systems and takes automatic snapshots of your products, stock levels, and orders on the schedule you choose — nightly, every 12 hours, or weekly.
Compressed storage
Backups are stored as compressed JSONL archives. A 10,000-product catalog typically compresses to under 5 MB, so your included storage goes a long way.
Point-in-time restore
Browse your backup history, pick any snapshot, and restore it — either as a file download or pushed directly back into your connected system.
Retention policies
Keep backups for 7 days on Free, 90 days on Pro, or up to a year on Enterprise. Expired snapshots are automatically cleaned up to free storage.
Per-tenant encryption
Your backup data is protected by the same AES-256-GCM envelope encryption that secures your connection credentials. Each tenant has its own encryption key.
Storage accounting
Track exactly how much storage each connection uses. The admin dashboard shows usage vs. quota in real time, so there are no surprises.
