By using PullPush ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PullPush provides a data synchronization platform that connects e-commerce systems. We offer free and paid tiers with different feature sets and usage limits.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.
You retain ownership of all data you sync through PullPush. We process your data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property, or transmit malicious content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will notify you of planned maintenance when possible.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
PullPush is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
