PullPush is operated by Kaduno ("we", "us"). We provide a data synchronization platform that connects e-commerce stores, warehouses, and marketplaces.

2. What we collect

Account information: name, email address, and password when you sign up.
Connection credentials: API keys and OAuth tokens for the systems you connect. These are envelope-encrypted per tenant (AES-256-GCM) and never stored in plaintext.
Sync data: product, order, and stock data that flows through the platform as part of your configured syncs.
Usage data: basic analytics like page views and feature usage to improve the product.

3. How we use your data

We use your data solely to provide and improve the PullPush service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data security

All credentials are envelope-encrypted per tenant using AES-256-GCM with dedicated encryption keys. Data in transit is protected by TLS. We perform nightly backups with tested restore drills.

5. Data retention

We retain your sync data and audit logs for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days.

6. Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time from your dashboard. For GDPR requests or questions, contact privacy@pullpush.ai.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication. We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not track individuals across sites.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
